One of PBS’ principals is a UK manufacturer of transportation racks and packaging components. PBS acts as a virtual subsidiary for this client, handling the entire sales, customer service and claims process. Since the kick-off in 2001, the PBS Sales team has identified and established a steady base of 22 customers, and has made Germany the UK manufacturer’s strongest export market. Working with the UK head office, the PBS customer service team prepares quotes, acknowledges and confirms orders and coordinates shipping – acting as an easy-to-work-with local manufacturing partner for the UK head office.
An Italian specialist for a wide range of metal machining operations has engaged PBS to expand its German customer base.
